At Honey Interiors and Renovation, we believe in complete transparency regarding material selections, scope estimations, and financial commitments.
1. Material & Natural Texture Disclaimers
Natural materials—such as wood veneers, granite slabs, marble surfaces, and fabric weaves—naturally exhibit subtle variations in grain pattern, color tone, and texture. Such natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects but proof of authentic material composition.
2. Site Condition & Structural Tolerances
Estimates shared prior to site measurement are tentative. Civil conditions (wall plumb alignment, ceiling height variances, concealed plumbing routes) discovered during detailed technical measurement will be audited transparently with the homeowner before production begins.
3. Refund & Cancellation Terms
Refund terms for project booking advances and modular manufacturing stages are structured as follows:
- Initial Consultation Phase: Requesting an initial consultation or preliminary design estimate is completely free of charge.
- Pre-Production Stage: If a project is cancelled prior to final 2D/3D design sign-off and material ordering, any booking advance will be refunded minus nominal site inspection and 3D drafting costs incurred.
- Factory Production Stage: Once custom modular plywood panels, laminates, and acrylics move into machine cutting and edge-banding, refunds cannot be issued for customized materials already processed.
